As your Meeting Planner, we establish a rapport with your speakers and presenters. We believe it is essential to be as accessible, approachable and flexible as possible to give them the comfort level they need to focus more on their presentation. We make sure all is ready when the doors are opened.
- We act as the liaison with the facility contact and suppliers, streamlining the communication of meeting logistics and food and beverage requirements for scheduled meetings and special events.
- We administer your online registration. Onsite, we manage your registration and maintain your office areas to assure you and your staff have the supplies and business equipment necessary to operate effectively.
- We schedule and oversee any additional support staffing needs for registration and meeting services.
- For billing purposes, we can organize separate billing accounts for individual meeting charges and issue post-event invoices to presenters and divisions for their expense records. Also, we can review the facility master account reconciliation for accuracy.
